About KT Doodles-IMPORTANT
KT Doodles is a work in progress. It is my hobby. It is something I like to do to relieve stress and enjoy myself. I love to create all types of country, primitive, cute or whimsical graphics that are original and unique to me and you will find those creations on the left hand side menu.
I use many different styles, depending on what kind of a mood I am in. You will see some large graphics, some small graphics, some very detailed graphics and sometimes I am just in the mood to make some light and simple graphics.
I also like to purchase and color line art from some of the other fantastic artists on the web. You will find those things in my "KTD Coloring Book" on the right hand side of the page.
I never realized until I started to color outlines how much time, attention and talent goes into just the coloring of the line art that someone else created! I admire the artists that do that! So to those that say that that people who like to color line art and make graphics from them are not talented or original, to you, I say, you have no idea. I have seen people take outlines and "color" them in and they look just awful. I have also seen people take them and use their own inspiration, their own techniques and talents and create beautiful work! And they are ALL artists in my opinion! Just because you have the outlines done, coloring them in, shading them and making them look fantastic takes a lot of skill. So my regards to those who do that:o)
So on this site of mine you will find both my original artwork, and the artwork I have created by coloring the lines that I have purchased from others.
Nothing on this site is created by the use of tubes that someone else has colored, however. All artwork on this site has either been completely drawn by me from my own original ideas, or colored using the line art I have purchased from others.
Updates to this site will be done as I have the time and inspiration to do so. Please visit often to see if there is anything new!
