Original Artwork Graphics Terms of Use

 Please read all of these terms very carefully! You are required to abide by them if you choose to purchase or use anything from KT Doodles.com!

When providing a link back to me on a site that uses frames, you MUST make my link open in a NEW WINDOW! Failure to do this will be considered a breach of contract! I DESPISE having sites that I am trying to visit stuck in someone else's frames!

I reserve the right to refuse the sale of graphics to anyone for any reason. If you have paid for graphics and I find you in violation of any of my terms you will NOT be entitled to a refund! NO EXCEPTIONS!

You MUST have a website (or websites) in order to purchase web sets or collections and you MUST provide the URL to any all all sites on which you plan to use the graphics.

When you purchase graphics from KT Doodles, you are purchasing the right to use the graphics only. The copyright and credit for creating them belongs to KT Doodles. You may not give them to anyone else to use or sell them to anyone else. They are for YOUR use. Of course you are welcome to buy a gift for a friend, but if you do that, then the friend is the only person that may use the graphics. If you want to use them too, then you are REQUIRED to purchase them again. If you use my graphics for a while and then decide to change your site, etc. then you are NOT allowed to sell them or give them to someone else. This is a violation of copyright and my terms of use.

All graphics are the original works of Kandi Traxel. They have not been traced, copied or in any other way created by the use of outlines or tutorials, nor have they been created by recoloring or redrawing any image. Any similarities that may exist to any other person's artwork, if any, are completely coincidental. If anyone has any issue with anything on this site, then by all means, please contact me with your concerns. I will not tolerate any abuse, slander, libel or any other damaging remarks or accusations by any party. Legal action will be sought against anyone that attempts to do any of the above. I see way too much finger pointing in the graphics community and I refuse to be a part of that. If you have a legitimate concern that something I have drawn is too similar to the works of anyone else, then please feel free to contact me. Likewise if you see my work being used inappropriately, please contact me right away! I will investigate WITHOUT using your name. No one will know that you turned anyone in. I have been known to give free purchasing credit to someone who has alerted me to policy and compyright violations, so feel free to contact me if you suspect a violation.

Any of the graphics that you purchase from KT Doodles may be used on both personal as well as commercial websites (including blogs) with no additional fees. You may NOT however use the graphics to make anything for sale (including web graphics or any printed items). They are for site decoration only. Furthermore, you may not use any of the graphics to create a web template, header image, splash page graphic, etc. You may add text to navigation buttons and advertising banners ONLY. You may not add text to any other images in any of the collections. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 You may not use any of the graphics on this site to create other graphics or any other derivative works. This includes but is not limited to web site toppers, buttons, banners, adoptions, signature tags, etc. If you need a certain size topper created for use on your site or blog, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY GRAPHICS TO CREATE IT! If you need it, then contact me using my contact form, and I will create it for you for a small fee.

 You may not add to or take away from any of my graphics. The exception to this is the addition of text to buttons, banners etc. where permitted. Occasionally I will create a topper or main image within a collection or page set that will have a blank space for your text. If so it will be stated clearly on the collection or set. If there is NO statement, it is NOT allowed!

 You MUST have a website in order to purchase collections, web sets, premades, etc. You do not have to have a website to purchase signature tags, however, you MUST provide a valid email address. No website, no graphics.

 If you use anything from KT Doodles you MUST provide a credit link back to this site. If you are using a web set or one of the collections then credit MUSTbe given on EVERY page that the graphics are used on. If you are using a signature tag in your emails, you MUST type below the tag that you purchased it at KT Doodles.com and link it.

 You may not purchase or use graphics on this site in any adoption shop or give them away, sell them or in any other way transfer them to ANYONE else. If you wish to purchase a gift for someone, you must provide an email address and a website for your friend. The friend is then required to give credit to KT Doodles on any and all pages (and/or emails) on which the graphics are used. Premades/Adoptions are for YOUR use only! When you purchase a graphic to give away in an adoption shop, then the original owner's identity becomes blurred. I never could understand why someone would spend the money to purchase a premade only to give it away to others later on.

 NONE of my graphics may be used in any type of LOCKED group or site unless you are willing to give me free membership to your site. I will not use anything from your site that I have not paid for. If I decide to use something from your site, I will pay any and all fees that anyone else would pay for the same access.

 You MAY NOT use my graphics on ANY message boards or groups. Signature tags are for emails ONLY! Premades, sig tags and web sets/collections MAY be used on blogs, HOWEVER they are to be used as you received them. You may not create a template out of them to "fit" the blog. If you need a template created for Blogger, then I will do that for you for a fee. Please contact me for a quote.

 There will be no refunds on any payments made for any reason. All graphics that have been purchased will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of purchase, NOT INCLUDING weekends or holidays. Please do not email me before 48 hours have passed to ask where your graphics are. If you have not heard from me within 48 hours (and it is not a weekend or holiday), then you may email me in case I sent the graphics and you didn't receive the email.

 If you are found in violation of any of these terms you will be ordered to remove any and all graphics from your site(s) or emails immediately. Failure to do so will be considered breach of contract and I can and WILL seek legal action against you. I will not contact you and beg and plead with you to obey the law. If you are not able to do that, then either don't purchase any of my graphics, or be prepared to be sued, PERIOD.

 Please remember, just because it is on the internet it is NOT yours to do with as you wish. For more information on copyright laws, please visit this page. Ignorance of the law is no excuse! Using the creations of others on your website without credit IS a violation of LAW.

 These terms are subject to change as needed. You agree to abide by all those changes, so please review them often.

A NOTE TO THOSE WHO WISH TO DIRECT LINK TO MY IMAGES (COPY AND PASTE) & STEAL MY BANDWIDTH!

IF YOU ATTEMPT TO COPY AND PASTE THE SOURCE CODES OF ANY GRAPHICS ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL LOG ON TO YOUR PAGE AND GET A REALLY BIG SURPRISE ONE DAY! I PERIODICALLY CHANGE THE NAMES OF MY FILES ON MY SITE AND REPLACE THEM WITH A HUGE, UGLY, RED AND BLACK BLINKING IMAGE PROCLAIMING THE PERSON HOT LINKING BACK TO ME A BANDWIDTH THIEF. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING COPYING AND PASTING ANYTHING FROM KT DOODLES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL! IF YOU WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW YOU ARE A THIEF THEN BY ALL MEANS, BE MY GUEST!
